We understand your time is valuable and our office strives to stay on schedule. Our
receptionist will provide you with an appointment that will allow time for the
orthodontic services needed. Urgent problems will be seen immediately. We ask that
you be prompt for your appointments. If you are unable to keep an appointment, or will
be late, please notify us as soon as possible. Charges will be made for missed
appointments.

Records and Consultation Visit

If orthodontic treatment is determined, we will have you return for an orthodontic
records appointment (includes full exam, x-rays, photos and diagnostic models). Upon
your third visit we will conduct a treatment consultation to explain all aspects of
your treatment in detail. We will provide a complete clinical diagnosis of the
orthodontic concern; provide a detailed plan that outlines your treatment, goals and
payment plan options. We encourage questions from our patients and/or their
responsible parties.
