Computer Check-in
Because we know how busy your schedule can be, we make your convenience our mission by offering fast and easy computerized check-in services to minimize your wait time. Patients simply check in using a computer touch screen, and employees are notified that you have arrived and how long you have been waiting.
Electronic Records
With computers in each operatory, computer aided diagnostic imaging and panoramic radiographs, we are able to diagnose and treat our patients more efficiently. Our electronic treatment charts, digital photographs, digital x-rays and 3-dimensional digital study models are all available at the touch of a button, allowing us to keep our patients thoroughly informed of their dental treatment and enhance the outstanding care we provide. This also allows us to more effectively share records with dentists or referrals.
Digital X-rays
We offer one of the latest technological advances in dentistry with digital radiography (X-rays). This new system takes pictures by gently biting on a tooth guide, and a computer generates an image within a few seconds as opposed to the general 4-6 minute wait time for images taken on traditional silver-oxide dental film that must be developed and then fixed in caustic and environmentally damaging solutions. Not only are digital X-rays friendly to the environment, they are much safer than traditional X-rays. Digital radiographs reduce radiation exposure by 90 percent!
Digital X-rays projected on the computer provide crisp, clear images and allow enlargement, highlighting, magnifying, inverting, clear viewing and contrasting of X-ray photos for more efficient diagnosis and treatment.
